Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next day.

Outside of mainland France, we offer delivery of our personalized sneakers and straps to Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Home delivery of our vegan sneakers costs €12.90 for a delivery time of 2 to 8 days.

You have 14 days to return your order to us free of charge from mainland France, Belgium or Luxembourg.

Your order must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging (box intact).

Sneakers must be in their original condition and have been tried on indoors only . Be careful not to damage them while trying them on and not to get the inner and outer soles dirty.

Remember to package the products well so that they are not damaged during transport.

If the size or color does not suit you, you can exchange a pair of Master Mind or Wild Walker sneakers for another size or another color of the same model, i.e. Master Mind or Wild Walker .

You can also exchange your Master Mind strap pairs for other Master Mind strap pairs .

Similarly, your pairs of Wild Walker straps can be exchanged for other pairs of Wild Walker straps . However, if you have changed the size of your Wild Walker sneakers, be sure to take the right size of straps . There are 3 sizes of straps for the Wild Walker model (small for sizes 35 to 38 inclusive, large for sizes 39 to 43 inclusive and extra large for sizes 44 to 47).

Reimbursement will take place within 15 working days by re-crediting your bank card after checking that the item and its packaging are in good condition.

Mood Walk vegan sneakers fit true to size. Take your usual size. If in doubt between 2 sizes , take the larger size to be more comfortable.

We initially chose to specialize in women's sneakers . Our vegan sneaker models were initially available from 35 to 42.

We have had a lot of requests online and in store for a men's line of personalized sneakers which led us to offer larger sizes up to 47 for our best-selling Wild Walker sneaker model. It is available for men in 3 colors with other messages and colored straps without embroidery to change the look of your sneakers and match them to your outfits.

We are not considering launching children's sneakers in the short term, mainly for reasons of production costs which are too high and would not allow us to have an adequate price positioning for children's sneakers.

Yes, our sneakers are designed to fit your feet. You can therefore remove the original insoles without difficulty and replace them with a specific insole that better suits your foot.

Our vegan sneakers are made of a corn-based bio-material that we have chosen for its ability to adapt to your foot. Your sneakers will therefore relax .

If you are a little tight at first, don't worry: your sneakers should quickly become more comfortable because unlike animal leather, corn is a flexible material. However, if you are really too tight, opt for the larger size by exchanging them.

Our vegan sneakers for men and women are made from a bio-sourced material made from cereals : corn waste. Upcycled by our partner Coronet, "corn leather" is very similar in appearance to animal leather.

Our messages are always written in a positive, offbeat and caring tone . The most committed ones address important topics related to ecology, women's rights and empowerment or equal opportunities, but we do not want to be preachy or aggressive.

To allow you to say more things without having to invest in several pairs of personalized sneakers, we have adopted a design with removable straps on which the messages are embroidered.

So, you can adapt the messages of your vegan sneakers according to your mood and your desires. In order to personalize them, each pair of sneakers is sold with 2 pairs of straps which allows you to have when you wear them at least 2 choices (1 pair embroidered with a message and 1 plain neutral pair for the Wild Walker model and embroidered Mood Walk for the Master Mind model). You also have the possibility of acquiring other pairs of straps to vary your speech .

Messages are the main concept of our brand of customizable sneakers . However, we wanted, out of conviction and in line with the messages we broadcast, to make eco-responsible sneakers that respect artisans and the planet . Our vegan sneakers are made with low-carbon plant-based and recycled materials sourced in a short circuit. They are made in Portugal in a factory that ensures good working conditions for its artisans.

Finally, we wanted timeless women's sneakers with a white base, easy to wear with your entire wardrobe whether it's jeans, skirts, dresses or tailored pants. Our personalized women's sneakers will give you a trendy look while adapting to your personality .

We chose to call the brand Mood Walk because our personalized sneakers aim to give meaning to your day by displaying messages that adapt to your state of mind, your “mood ” on the day you wear them. The goal is to ensure true harmony between what you wear and what you feel , what you want to embody.

We are all plural, some days we may want to display a more committed message around ecology, another day to talk about the place of women or finally just to display a motivating and positive message.

We also offer you the possibility with our neutral or embroidered Mood Walk straps to not display any message on days when you want to be more discreet.

We combined the term “Mood” with the term “Walk” because the notion of movement , of getting going and moving your ideas forward is key to our brand of custom sneakers. Walking is conducive to reflection and makes us progress. We wanted custom shoes that inspire and motivate you as you walk.

The first two letters of these two words, the M and the W, have strongly inspired our visual identity, our graphic charter with our MW monogram, the design of our personalized sneakers and the name of our models: Master Mind and Wild Walker .

We also used them for our Meaning by Walking baseline which reflects our desire to give meaning to our steps with our personalized sneakers.

Finally, it is a reference to Michael Jackson's iconic step, the "moonwalk" or "backslide", a dance step that has become legendary.

You can choose from 12 messages to personalize your Master Mind sneakers and from around ten message options to customize your Wild Walker sneakers.

At the moment, it would be too complicated in terms of production and logistics to customize the messages by embroidering your own texts on demand. This requires another organization.

But we are studying the possibility of doing it later using embroidery or another technique.

The Mood Walk unisex vegan sneakers are made from non-food corn waste.

Similar to leather, this material offers comfort, flexibility and robustness to your vegan sneakers: 3 essential criteria for feeling good in your sneakers.

However, our unisex vegan sneakers are not suitable for sports activities. In fact, we recommend that you opt for a pair of dedicated sports sneakers which will offer you better support and optimal cushioning during your practice.

Reserve your vegan women's sneakers for everyday use. They will accompany you on your long walks, to the office or to go out but are not designed to run a marathon.

Made by our partner Coronet, our bio-material made from corn is a very attractive alternative to animal leather for making vegan and eco-responsible sneakers . We chose it because it has one of the highest proportions of renewable raw materials of plant origin: 78% .

Concretely, the material used in the making of our vegan sneakers is a polymer from bio-PU coated on a cotton canvas. This bio-PU is made from non-food corn transformed into polyols. Corn is indeed a substitute for petroleum-based materials. It makes it possible to produce biofuel and more generally tends to increasingly replace petroleum products.

Beyond the significant reduction in CO2 emissions that this material offers, it allows us to offer you flexible and comfortable vegan sneakers that slip on like slippers and which aesthetically have nothing to envy to leather sneakers.

Our material is PETA approved and therefore certified vegan.

The plant-based bio-materials nicknamed "plant leather" chosen to make vegan sneakers deviate from traditional leathers because they are cruelty-free and allow a significant reduction in CO2 emissions . At a time when the textile industry is considered one of the most polluting, these innovative materials have a much better record.

The carbon footprint of animal leather includes a significant portion related to livestock farming. Livestock farming accounts for three-quarters of greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture , which is the third largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in France (19% of the total according to Citepa, the Interprofessional Technical Center for the Study of Atmospheric Pollution). Cattle release methane when ruminating, but this gas is extremely polluting; it has a warming potential 21 to 31 times higher than that of CO2 .

Pasture farming is less polluting than intensive farming because meadows and hedgerows store carbon, which offsets around 30% of the herds' GHG emissions.

Unfortunately, most of the leather comes from Asia and in particular from China, which alone represents 36% of global exports . The production of finished leather in France, at 7 million tonnes, is very insufficient to cover our needs.

Beyond breeding, leather tanning represents a real ecological issue . Tanning consists of transforming the skin to make it rot-proof. 95% of leather tanning is mineral and requires a very polluting chemical treatment mainly with chromium salts . This tanning method is the most widespread because it is much faster (8 to 12 hours compared to 48 to 72 hours for vegetable tanning) and less expensive. Chrome tanning is both very harmful to tannery workers who inhale heavy metals and to the rivers and soils into which the residues are dumped.

In addition to tanning and greenhouse gas emissions, livestock farming requires a significant amount of water and large spaces, which leads it to contribute to deforestation .

For all these reasons, we looked for an alternative to animal leather and chose to make vegan sneakers from a bio-material that contains a maximum of organic materials in order to have a better environmental balance and greater resistance than plastic synthetic leathers.

Let's go back to the definition of leather: leather is animal skin that has been transformed to become rot-proof. Vegan leather is therefore a misnomer.

Vegetable leather corresponds to a reality and in fact designates a type of tanning : vegetable tanning carried out on the transformed skin of an animal.

However, the term vegetable leather often misleads customers who think they are buying “leather” from plants and fruits.

The material we use for the exterior of our Mood Walk vegan sneakers is guaranteed to be free of animal materials and is composed of 78% organic materials, mainly cereals .

The new innovative materials made from plant fibers , nicknamed "apple leather", "pineapple leather", "corn leather" or "grape leather" are durable and strong . Their longevity is said to be superior to plastic "synthetic leathers" which are less robust.

When carefully manufactured, these innovative bio-materials based on cereals or fruits have an appearance comparable to that of animal leather , it is difficult to differentiate them by eye or touch from traditional leather.

But they are characterized by greater flexibility which creates a real feeling of comfort for those who wear vegan sneakers made from plant materials .

In addition to the upper of the sneakers (the exterior), we also use corn to make the lining of our vegan sneakers . It is also made from bio-PU extracted from corn.

For the second main element of our unisex sneakers after the upper: the outsoles, we chose rubber that is mostly recycled rubber and locally sourced in Portugal .

The boxes of our vegan sneakers are made of recycled cardboard and the laces are made of cotton .

Yes, the soles of our vegan sneakers are mainly made from recycled rubber and our shoe boxes , like the envelopes of our straps, are made from recycled cardboard .

The main material of our eco-responsible sneakers made from corn and which replaces leather is approved by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and is guaranteed to be free of any animal substances.

The material used for the lining, which also contains corn, is labeled OEKO-TEX Confidence in Textile Standard 100, which ensures the non-toxicity of this material from Spain. The lining can be in direct contact with your skin, so it is important that it does not represent any danger to your health.

Machine washing is not suitable for our vegan sneakers. This would damage the different materials that are assembled by hand and could cause the colors to fade.

Mood Walk vegan sneakers are assembled in Portugal , north of Porto, in a family workshop that is very respectful of the working conditions of its experienced craftsmen and renowned for the care taken in finishing.

Unfortunately, we had to give up Made in France for our unisex sneakers because the cost would have been prohibitive and production capacities following several waves of relocation are limited in our country.

For a new brand without prior experience in the sector, it is very complicated to start manufacturing its sneakers in France.

But our goal being to offer eco-responsible sneakers, we headed to Portugal which is a good geographical compromise with laws protecting artisans and a guarantee of quality and durability of our vegan sneakers .

Sensitive to the cause of women , it was essential for us to offer ethical and supportive sneakers by supporting a cause that is close to our hearts.
